Our Guarantee

Eagle Lake’s plants are guaranteed to be in good condition at the nursery. We stand behind our products by replacing plants purchased through our garden centre that do not survive their first season. All you have to do is bring back the plant you want replaced along with proof of purchase.

Eagle Lake’s guarantee does not apply to stock exposed to conditions beyond our control, such as improper care, winter-tip kill, wind damage, pest and herbicide damage. We will not guarantee perennials, vines, cedars, bare-root and annuals. Caliper trees are not guaranteed if the wire basket is removed from the rootball during planting.

Delivery costs are not covered by Eagle Lake’s guarantee.
