About our Delivery Services
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all deliveries. During our busiest times (May-September) our deliveries fill up quickly. Please provide us with as much notice as possible to ensure that you receive your shipment in your requested timeframe.
Deliveries are billed out hourly and are charged from the time the delivery leaves our nursery until our driver returns. For loads with more than one drop, each customer will share in the cost of delivery within reason and with order sizes in mind. Packing, boxing and racking are billed out at cost.
We provide long distance deliveries via our fleet or a third party carrier. If your load requires a third party, we bill out at cost. Most areas outside of the immediate surrounding Calgary area will be shipped through a third party carrier unless otherwise specified.
Out-of-town orders are often loaded on to racks for shipping with an additional charge of $30 per pallet.

Vehicles and Equipment
Booking our semi? You must have some method of unloading the trees at your site (i.e. bobcat or forklift). Failure to assist during unload may result in a higher charge for your delivery.
We offer an enclosed 24-foot van with power tailgate for $130/hr to Calgary and surrounding area (Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore). Potted stock is shipped via our van unless caliper trees are on the order (we try to send all items together whenever possible). Deliveries to Calgary and area are generally floor stacked and will require assistance unloading the items on site. The van can carry metal perennial carts as well as any potted material.
We also have two crane trucks and a flat deck semi; each billed out at $165/hr (minimum charge 1 hour) to Calgary and surrounding area. Both cranes have about a 30 foot reach while the semi pulls a 48 foot drop-deck trailer. Each crane truck can hold between 15 to 25 (32” – 44”) caliper B&B trees, while our semi can typically hold 30 to 75 (32” – 44”) caliper B&B trees. Some shrubs and potted trees can be fit into the spaces between the caliper trees depending on the load.
