Anita Heuver presents the 2026 CNLA Awards of Business Excellence

Eagle Lake Nurseries owner and CEO Anita Heuver presented the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association’s 2026 Awards of Business Excellence on February 3 in her role as CNLA President.
The awards gala, held at Adamo Estate Winery in Ontario’s Hockley Valley, recognizes individuals and companies whose work has strengthened Canada’s horticulture industry: growers, landscape professionals, garden centres and the people who support them.
Anita has served as CNLA President since February 2025. The association represents nursery growers, landscape contractors, garden centres and allied businesses across the country through its provincial member associations, including Landscape Alberta.
For Eagle Lake, Anita’s role at the national table is a continuation of a long family tradition of industry involvement, one that began with founder Tony Heuver’s service as President of Landscape Alberta. You can read more about that tradition in our article on Anita’s appointment.
