Icee Blue Juniper is a dense, mat-forming evergreen with striking silver-blue foliage year-round and vibrant purple winter tips.
About Icee Blue Juniper and growing it in Alberta
Ideal for erosion control, slopes, and cascading over walls, it provides texture, colour, and functional coverage. Discovered as a sport of ‘Wiltonii,’ its compact, dense habit resists opening with age, making it a low-maintenance, long-lasting choice for rock gardens, borders, and naturalized landscapes.
