Mesa Yellow Blanket Flower
Gaillardia grandiflora ‘Mesa Yellow’
Mesa Yellow Blanket Flower features bright, golden-yellow daisy-like blooms on compact, bushy, and well-branched plants.
About Mesa Yellow Blanket Flower and growing it in Alberta
Renowned for long-lasting summer colour, drought tolerance, and strong pollinator appeal, it thrives in full sun and lean, well-drained soils. Ideal for mass plantings, dry borders, rock gardens, and commercial landscapes. Overly rich or wet soils may reduce vigor, so careful site selection is recommended.
