About Morden Upright Yew and growing it in Alberta

Exceptionally cold hardy and shade tolerant, it thrives in a variety of landscape settings and responds well to pruning, making it an excellent choice for hedging, foundation plantings, and shaded borders. While durable and low-maintenance, it does not tolerate poorly drained or overly wet soils, so good drainage is essential for long-term health.
