About Prairie Sage and growing it in Alberta

Thriving in full sun and poor, dry soils, it is ideal for mass plantings, erosion control, and xeriscaping. Highly drought tolerant and deer resilient, it spreads rapidly via rhizomes, offering easy-care coverage, though occasional thinning may be needed. Its inconspicuous flowers make its foliage the main ornamental feature.
